Kiho is a passionate junior at Redondo Union High School who loves Japanese manga, anime, and Sunday comics. Kiho also enjoys riding horses and expressing her creativity through drawing. Known for her sense of humor, she loves to make people laugh with her jokes!
Since joining us at Mychal’s, Kiho has shown remarkable growth. Her mom shared, “Kiho has become braver and has been trying new activities at Mychal’s.” Kiho appreciates the welcoming environment, saying, “Everyone at Mychal’s is very nice and kind,” and she truly loves the warm atmosphere that surrounds her. Bianca, the director of the after school program shared “Being part of Mychal’s has really pushed her out of her comfort zone, and she’s embraced the challenge beautifully. She’s even participating in our upcoming Little Mermaid play, which is such a proud moment for all of us.”
Kiho is excited to explore her interests further. She hopes to gain valuable experiences over the next few years to help her discover her true passions. Kiho would one day like to work in a library or bookstore, where she feels a sense of belonging. She also shared that she would like to practice speaking Japanese.
