
Niko is a determined and goal-oriented individual who is always looking for new ways to build skills and achieve his dreams. With a strong focus on tasks related to labeling for shipping and computer data input, Niko has developed a passion for any work that involves precision and organization. When Niko isn’t learning new skills in the workforce, he enjoys watching sports and running.
Since joining Mychal’s Adult P2I Program, Niko has gained valuable hands-on experience through various job trainings. He volunteered at Muurad, where he contributed to shipping packages, assembling desks, and assisting with holiday decorations. Niko also interned at Kinecta, working in the mailroom, where he helped with the shipping and delivery of packages. He monitored the Arrival Tracking System to ensure packages were properly logged and delivered. Additionally, Niko sorted and distributed mail, and operated mailroom equipment such as postage meter machines, special postage scales, tape machines, and sorters. These roles have not only provided him with important work experience but have also helped him refine his skills in logistics and organization.


Niko’s dedication to his goals shines through in everything he does, you can always count on Niko to complete the job and put in 110% effort!.
