Meet Alemnesh
Alemnesh, an energetic and outgoing individual with a passion for sports and art. Alemnesh is actively involved in Special Olympics Track and Soccer and also plays in additional soccer and basketball leagues. At Mychal’s, she loves to get into the spirit of Karaoke and Just Dance, with her favorite song being “Part of Your World” from The Little Mermaid. Alemnesh also loves playing the Nintendo Switch, her favorite game to play is Mario Kart.
Since joining Mychal’s on in, 2023, Alemnesh has shown remarkable growth. ASP Director Bianca shared, ” She radiates positivity and is always eager to participate in every activity, encouraging her peers to do their best as well.” Alemnesh has expanded her social circle and embraced new experiences, trying out activities like fencing and drama, with a particular preference for fencing. Her involvement in the program has helped her develop new skills and form meaningful friendships.
Alemnesh has ambitious dreams for the future, with a strong passion for sports and art. She aspires to become a Track coach, driven by her love for the sport and her desire to share her knowledge with others. Her father, Ed Tobin, shares that Alemnesh envisions a life filled with sports, art, and friends, and sometimes dreams of being both a PE coach and an artist. We are excited to support Alemnesh as she continues to pursue her goals and explore her interests!
