Always Lending a Helping Hand!
Josue is a kind & passionate individual who has many interests. He is enthusiastic about many different tasks & activities and loves to try new things. Josue enjoys attending school, going to Mychal’s, and spending time with his friends. He loves to listen to music, dance, and sing. Josue is a caring person who absolutely loves to help in any way that he can. He is always willing to stop what he’s doing to help people out if needed. Josue also loves food and trying different recipes & cuisines!
Josue’s Time at Mychal’s
At 12 years old, Josue joined Mychal’s Culver City After School Program and now he is 18 years old. Josue has always been independent and self-sufficient, but over the years his confidence has grown. Josue is much more outspoken now and advocates for himself by expressing his needs. Culver City Program Supervisor, Anais, says “Josue has definitely grown by communicating more and learning new things during program.”
Looking Towards the Future
Although Josue hasn’t had experience job training in the bakery or print shop, he has many interests and looks forward to finding employment in the future! We know Josue can do anything he sets his mind to and look forward to continuing to watch him grow!
